The Lemon Diet Finishing The Master Cleanse

The Lemon diet, a part of the Master Cleanse diet, is a method to improve your overall health, by way of getting rid of colon in your body. That is in short, detoxification of the body. * 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 10 oz of filtered water
